Reverie items are exclusively available here at online store, and cannot currently be purchased via any other website or store. 

Our PayPal is currently registered in United Kingdom so your checkout page is shown in GBP. Your account will be charged in GBP and then converted to your local currency on your bank statement.  You can choose your currency using the button at the bottom of the page.

We currently only accept Paypal. Unfortunately we cannot accept other payment methods at this time on the website.You can still purchase through PayPal with your card without having a PayPal account.

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can use the contact form on the Contact Us page. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

Most Reverie pieces are made to have an oversized fit, we only make sizes Small, Medium, Large and some items are One size only. The sizes for each garment are explained in the description next to the item. If you have any questions about sizing and are not sure which size to order feel free to send us an email and we can help find the right size for you. If you don’t feel like the sizing we offer is right for you or you would like an item in a longer or shorter length just send us an email and we can discuss this with you.

We post worldwide, we cannot offer express shipping as all items are made to order and take 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase to be shippedAll items are made and posted from Yorkshire, England. See Shipping page for more information.

All Reverie items are designed and made by owner Amy Thompson in her studio in Leeds, England. Each item is designed, cut, sewn, pressed and packaged by Amy herself.

As each Reverie item is hand made to order we can only accept returns if an item is damaged or if there is a fault with the item, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy.  We cannot accept returns if the customer changes their mind or if the item doesn’t fit so please get in touch with any questions before you make a purchase. Reverie cannot be held liable for the reimbursement for items due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. We cannot offer refunds for items lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Yes, Our website is fitted with the latest security to prevent any web threats. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.  The information you provide us with is used only for the purpose of shipping your order. With your permission we may use your email to send details of promotions or new product arrivals.  

Once an order is submitted online, you can cancel within 1 hour, please contact us straight away at Once production has began on an order it cannot be cancelled.
